28 мая в Ленинском суде Бреста судья Калина начал рассмотрение уголовного дела в отношении 12 обвиняемых. Гособвинение представляют Барановский и Шерко.
В отличие от предыдущих "десяток", в этот раз много обвиняемых не под стражей: Гончаров Никита, Жилинский Вадим, Климчук Артём, Князев Дмитрий, Панько Дмитрий и несовершеннолетний Шатохин Максим. Другая же часть подсудимых уже давно в СИЗО-7: Гвоздёлко Роман, Жук Денис, Кузьмич Юрий, Сотников Антон, Телешман Александр, Тур Дмитрий. Ранее фигурировавший в документах на эту "партию" обвиняемых Глеб Романов оказался не в списке сегодняшних подсудимых.
Позиция по признанию вины: Гвоздёлко — не признает; Князев, Климчук — полностью признают; Телешман — отказ от дачи показаний; остальные признали частично.
Сегодня в зал суда попали почти все желавшие, не пустили только 5 человек.
Продолжение суда состоится 31 мая в 10:30 (последующие планируемые дни — 1,2,3 июня).
