Главный белый сорт в Приорате – гарнача бланка (60 га). За ним – макабео и педро хименес. Другие сорта – мускат, щарелло, пикпуль, шенен блан и вионье. Для выдержки используют сталь, бетон, дуб. Вина получаются плотные, насыщенные, с 13-14,5% алкоголя.
