"В соответствии с регламентом Якутской городской Думы, никто не должен разговаривать во время сессии с депутатами. Это нарушение. Присутствовать, записывать, фотографировать журналисты на сессии могут. Разговаривать, задавать вопросы депутатам во время сессии нельзя", - разъясняют в аппарате ЯГД.
