Он подчеркнул, что сам сделать ничего не может, поскольку полномочия по вопросам ЖКХ — у главы района Александра Дубровина. Сам Дубровин, при этом, занят своим участием в выборах в мэры Братска и не обращает внимания на проблемы района. Так, он уже приостановил членство в ЕР и провел самую дорогую избирательную кампанию в Сибири. При этом в Братском районе проживают свыше 60 тыс, человек — все они рискуют остаться без отопления этой зимой.
