Здание принадлежит Виталию Пырлогу, бывшему министру юстиции, бывшему руководителю Службы информации и безопасности (СИБ) и бывшему члену Интерпола.
В. Пырлог фигурирует в деле под общим названием «Интерпол», имеет статус подозреваемого и находится под следствием по обвинению в пассивной коррупции в интересах организованной преступной группы или преступная организация.
Теперь Пырлог подает иск об аннулировании ареста после того, как в июне этого года в его доме в Кишиневе прошли обыски.
