Кстати о новеллах: в комментариях мои претензии к новой упрощенке по требованиям кредиторов назвали желанием усложнить процедуру банкротства и замашками на экспертность (ауч, вот прям так да!). А что теперь надо знакомиться с сотнями томов дела, чтобы узнать, почему кредиторов включили, так это не затруднения и непрозрачность, а просто не надо лениться 🌝
Ладно, окей, за такое я не баню) Тем более эта дискуссия принесла мне прекрасный (мемоспособный на мой взгляд) коммент, который в моей голове идеально соответствует понятию "выпускник МГУ")))
