Разработан дизайн-проект благоустройства озера в микрорайоне Звездный. В связи с этим разработчик проекта – АО СЗ «РИА» выступил с обращением в адрес жителей Звездного, Автодорожного округа и Якутска в целом.
Сообщается, что АО СЗ «РИА», как оператор масштабного инвестиционного проекта «Комплексная застройка квартала «Воинская часть» ГО «город Якутск», разработало дизайн-проект «Благоустройство части береговой линии озера в секторе А». Ознакомиться с ним все желающие могут в электронной версии на сайте РИА и в распечатанном виде в офисе УК «РИА-Комфорт».
Общественная поддержка является одним из критериев для включения работ по благоустройству озера, прилегающего к сектору А микрорайона Звездный, в муниципальную программу «Формирование современной городской среды на территории городского округа «город Якутск»».
