Сегодня на Балтийском заводе в Санкт-Петербурге состоялась торжественная церемония подъема Государственного флага России на универсальном атомном ледоколе "Якутия". Мы гордимся, что в состав первого экипажа ледокола вошли и наши земляки - якутяне.

Это событие в канун Нового года стало ярким символом развития нашей республики, мощи нашей великой страны. Выражаю большую благодарность всем специалистам, участвовавшим в строительстве этого мощного и современного ледокола. Якутия гордится!

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
