Уголовное дело возбудили в отношении министра строительства Самарской области Николая Плаксина. Ему инкриминируется преступление по ч. 3 ст. 286 УК РФ.
По инсайдерской информации, Николай Плаксин «незаконно приказал подчиненным выдать разрешения на ввод в эксплуатацию двух ДК» — их построили по нацпроекту «Культура». При этом здания не отвечали требованиям проекта. В связи с этим же преступлением ранее было возбуждено уголовное дело в отношении руководителя регионального ГИСН об Владимира Захарина.
Николая Плаксина задержали на рабочем месте «в порядке ст. 91 УПК РФ». Правоохранители уже провели обыски в здании министерствастроительства и дома у чиновника.
