Интересно, что у Усса и так есть3 полномочных представителя: Сергей Роньшин в Заксобрании региона, Евгений Васильев в Эвенкийском муниципальном районе, Алексей Членов в городском округе Норильск и Таймырском Долгано-Ненецком муниципальном районе.
