За кражу 5000 рублей ейчанке грозит до двух лет лишения свободы
В дежурную часть Отдела МВД России по Ейскому району обратилась женщина и сообщила, что у нее пропали денежные средства в сумме 5000 рублей.
Прибывшие сотрудники полиции осмотрели место происшествия, установили круг лиц, вхожих в домовладение потерпевшей. В результате оперативно-розыскных мероприятий полицейские установили причастность к хищению 44-летней знакомой женщины, которую задержали по месту проживания и доставили в отдел полиции для дальнейшего разбирательства.
Установлено, что злоумышленница, воспользовавшись тем, что хозяйка дома отвлеклась, похитила деньги из ее сумки, в дальнейшем распорядившись ими по своему усмотрению.
В настоящее время отделом дознания ОМВД России по Ейскому району возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч.1 ст.158 УК РФ.
Санкции инкриминируемой статьи предусматривают максимальное наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок до двух лет.
