Сагаалган начался с выступления сводного хора бурятской общины «Найрамдал», который исполнил гимн Бурятии и песню «Инаг дураяа гамнаарай».
Зрителей поздравили заместитель министра Зинаида Николаева, генеральный директор Антонида Корякина и начальник управления Андрей Михайлов.
