И это при том условии, что работают специалисты от года в года всё хуже: снег вообще перестали убирать, 24/7 появляются новости о коммунальных авариях, и на мусорных площадках растут горы отходов.
Исполнилась мечта ресурсоснабжающих организаций, которые поставляют в жилые дома тепло, воду и электричество, нсмотря на то, что Приморье лидирует по количеству сбоев на объектах ЖКХ. Теперь у главы Владивостока есть возможность продолжать поддерживать бизнес за счёт горожан.
Если бы у людей доходы росли с такими же темпами, вопросов бы не возникало. Но в данной ситуации есть один: а не слишком ли жирно?
