Мэрия Владивостока не изменяет традициям. Сегодня в городе были массовые отключения электричества, теплоснабжения и горячего водоснабжения.

Из-за ремонтных работ от горячего водоснабжения и отопления были отключены 44 жилых дома и 4 социальных объекта: две школы и детских сада. Ну а что - дети могут и чумазыми походить - в каше и может быть еще хуже. Санитария - не, не слышали...

Помимо этого, обесточенной оказалась 1/5 часть приморской столицы. Лишились возможности пользоваться электроприборами жители 128 домов Первореченского и Ленинского районов.

Что это - признак мастерства? Или халатное отношение мэрии к жителям?
