"Про стадион Профсоюзов в Мурманске.
Не сразу, но можно догадаться. В центре стадиона следы от снегохода символизируют лыжню! Естественно, никто, кроме подневольного снегоходчика, не знает, что это для лыжников. А на том месте, где раньше была настоящая лыжня, с редкими лыжниками, теперь склад стройматериалов. А могли бы школьники физру откатывать. Или полностью каток залить не только для конькобежцев.
Тема с "поберечь покрытие" очень забавная, тут комментировать - только портить".

Честно говоря, вообще не понятно, что происходит со стадионом. Где спортсмены-то?

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
