Усадьба Боровое (по названию местности) или Львово (по имени владельца) построена на берегу Череменецкого озера (Лужский район Ленинградской области) коммерсантом Георгием Львовым в 1915 по проекту арх. С.П. Иванова в стиле неоклассицизма. Сохранились также ледник, амбар из валунов, беседка-ротонда (в которой снимались сцены из довоенного фильма "Дубровский") и лестница к пристани на озере. Благодаря тому, что на территории усадьбы до сих пор функционирует дом отдыха, она в относительно хорошем состоянии.

Сам Георгий Львов - нефтепромышленник, директор Русского товарищества "Нефть" (самая крупная в дореволюционной России нефтяная компания). Будучи незаконнорожденным сыном дворянки Александры Петровны Львовой, происходил из княжеского рода Львовых. Неизвестно как сложилась судьба Георгия Львова после революции и национализации его имения. В 1917 году его следы теряются...
