В отношении нападавшего ранее было вынесено предписание о необходимости покинуть территорию Франции (OQTF) и 10-летний запрет на въезд. В день нападения он должен был явиться в местный комиссариат для подтверждения соблюдения мер судебного контроля.

Вот чем властям Франции нужно заниматься, а не совать свой нос во внутренние дела других государств. Такое же постоянно в Европе происходит.
