Продолжаем развитие родной Еврейской автономной области. Вместе с мэром Биробиджана Максимом Семёновым оценили состояние театра кукол «Кудесник». Единственный в автономии постоянно действующий кукольный репертуарный театр для детей нуждается в капитальном ремонте.

Преобразования начнем уже в этом году, финансирование нашли. Средства будут направлены в рамках Нацпроекта «Семья» федерального проекта «Семейные ценности и инфраструктура культуры». Уже в этом году будет обновлена кровля здания. Остальные запланированные капремонтом работы закончим в 2026 году. Поручила главе города тщательно контролировать все процессы – как организационные, так и строительные.

После завершения ремонта театр вновь сможет работать с полной загрузкой и продолжит дарить юным зрителям радость, а их родителям – возможность организовать досуг детей.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
