Напомним, с 28 января, в связи с ухудшением погодных условий и ограниченной видимостью, а также в целях недопущения чрезвычайных ситуаций, прекращено движение пассажирского автотранспорта, на автодороге «Лиственничное - Охотское».

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
