Напомним, с 18 февраля, в связи с ухудшением погодных условий и ограниченной видимостью, на данном участке автодороги действовало ограничение движения для всех видов автотранспорта.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
