Следственными органами Главного следственного управления Следственного комитета Российской Федерации по городу Москве возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 318 УК РФ (применение насилия в отношении представителя власти).
Председатель СК России Бастрыкин А.И. поручил и.о. руководителя ГСУ СК России по городу Москве Саксину В.В. представить доклад о ходе расследования уголовного дела.
Исполнение поручения поставлено на контроль в центральном аппарате ведомства.
