Распоряжение ведомства культуры утверждает новые нормы, в соответствии с которыми установка памятников и бюстов будет возможна не ранее, чем через 5 лет после ухода из жизни выдающегося деятеля, за исключением ситуаций проявления героизма и мужества.
На финансирование их создания должны выделять средства местные бюджеты, а процесс установки должен осуществляться в строгом соответствии с утвержденным планом.

While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue.
