"Разрешение не будет выдано тем, кто использует питьевую воду и сбрасывает её в канализацию. Мойки смогут работать только при условии наличия системы оборотного водоснабжения," - подчеркнул он.
Кроме того, предприятиям предоставляется два года для того, чтобы адаптироваться и перейти на системное использование оборотной воды, добавил Казанцев.
