Работодатель не позаботился о безопасности труда сотрудника, из-за чего на нее упала металлическая дверь, которая была снята на время ремонта с петель и прислонена к стене. От полученных повреждений пострадавшая скончалась.
В интересах сына погибшей с работодателя взыскали моральный ущерб в размере 500 тысяч рублей.
Но прокуратура не согласилась с данным решением. Судом апелляционной инстанции размер компенсации был увеличен до 1 миллиона рублей.
