Как обычно в дискуссиях и выступлениях примут участие представители движений, борющихся за независимость своих регионов от Московии. Интересы Ингрии в Бухаресте будут представлять Павел Мезерин (Paul Ingrian) и Максим Кузахметов.

Главная тема Форума — The Black Sea: The Frontier of the Future for a Secure and Stable Europe. Часть встреч пройдёт в парламенте Румынии. В них будут участвовать румынские политики и депутаты.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
