Сейчас мы наблюдаем новый «прогрев» от Минобороны запуска «Орешника».
Очевидно, они не случайно показало обломки ATACMS и сообщило о количестве ударов.

Выйдет ли Путин анонсировать новый «Орешник»? Думаю, что нет.
Будет ли дополнительное предупреждение? Думаю, что нет.
Будет ли сейчас атака более опасной? Думаю, что нет.
(После первой атаки неочевидно, что запускать безъядерные «Орешники» хоть сколько-то эффективнее «Искандеров».)

Но также думаю, что завершение этой войны ближе, чем кажется. Ресурсы и России, и Украины на пределе.
Всё это повышение ставок с обеих сторон — только от безысходности.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai.
