✅قرار بود سرمایه صندوق نوآوری و شکوفایی ۳ میلیارد تومان باشد، بنا بود نیم درصد بودجه عمومی ظرف سه سال به صندوق نوآوری و شکوفایی اختصاص یابد اما این اعتبار در مدت زمان طولانی‌تری اختصاص پیدا کرد از اینرو نتوانستیم همراه با رشد شرکت های دانش بنیان در اکوسیستم رشد کنیم.
✅صندوق نوآوری و شکوفایی به مدد منابع قانون جهش تولید دانش بنیان به ۱۰ هزار میلیارد تومان ارتقا یافت و اکنون با این اقدامات، این صندوق از منابع پایداری برخوردار شده است و امیدواریم سال آینده با افزایش سرمایه بیشتری مواجه شویم.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
