Сегодня на процессе по делу руководителей и участников ОПГ Таганские - минус один присяжный. Итого осталось 8 основных и 5 запасных присяжных. С октября присяжные не выбывали. Поэтому нет никаких предпосылок, что этот состав присяжных не сможет вынести вердикт. Тем более, что обвинение завершило представление доказательств. И процесс перешел к стадии допроса обвиняемых.
Сегодня был допрос Рабиновича. Сам-то Рабинович умер еще прошлым летом, но остался в деле, поэтому сегодня защита огласила его показании, данные в ходе расследования.
Полагаю, что на допрос всех обвиняемых уйдет пара недель. Потом будет небольшой перерыв на подготовку к прениям. Скорей всего прения начнутся в начале марта. В общем, похоже, что до конца марта присяжные вынесут вердикт.

Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
