Сегодня дума муниципального образования «Бильчир» (Осинский район) приняла решение о назначении досрочных выборов главы муниципалитета на 6 апреля.
Проведение выборов потребовалось в связи тем, что прежний руководитель муниципалитета досрочно сложил полномочия. Решение о назначении выборов будет опубликовано 13 февраля в районной газете «Знамя труда». С 14 февраля начнется период выдвижения. Выборы пройдут по сокращенным на одну треть срокам избирательных действий.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. NEWS
