There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. And while money initially moved into stocks in the morning, capital moved out of safe-haven assets. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
