این مراسم با سخنرانی ماریا موسوی مدیرکل دفتر امور اجتماعی استانداری،محمدعلی پهناور مدیر کل ورزش و جوانان استان اردبیل،اجرای موسیقی زنده، نمایش کمدی استندآپ و گروه رقص و پخش کلیپ همراه بود .
در این جشن از ۴۲ جوان منتخب جشنواره جوان پلاس استان اردبیل نیز تجلیل شد.
