По данным прокуратуры Сумской области, вечером 18 сентября в результате комбинированного удара из ствольной и реактивной артиллерии по Краснопольской общине погибли трое мирных жителей в возрасте 66, 72, 73 лет, ещё один человек получили ранения.
В прокуратуре также сообщили, что днём 19 сентября российские силы обстреляли медицинское учреждение в г. Середина-Буда Шосткинского района. Во время тушения возникшего на месте удара пожара был нанесён повторный удар при помощи БПЛА, вследствие чего были ранены двое мужчин 51 и 34 лет.
Днём 19 сентября ВКС РФ нанесли авиаудар по гериатрическому пансионату в г. Сумы (1, 2, 3). В результате удара один человек погиб, ещё 14 получили ранения(1, 2, 3). В ГСЧС Украины отчитались о завершении поисково-спасательных работ.
