Суд огласил приговор сыну экс-вице-губернатора Филимонова
В четверг, 15 декабря, в Октябрьском районом суде Рязани огласили приговор Никите Филимонову, который в марте 2020 года насмерть сбил 10-летнего ребенка на улице Новоселов.
Филимонов признан виновным по ч. 3 ст. 264 УК РФ («Нарушение правил дорожного движения и эксплуатации транспортных средств, повлекшее по неосторожности смерть человека») и получил 2,5 года лишения свободы в колонии-поселении.
Кроме того, суд постановил частично удовлетворить иск родителей погибшего ребенка и назначил компенсацию по 250 тыс. каждому, дополнительно к уже полученным 3 млн рублей. Осужденный должен в течении 10 дней явиться для отбывания срока.
