Губернатор Приморья Олег Кожемяко обратился к министру ЧС РФ с просьбой ввести в регионе режим ЧС федерального уровня.
В Кишенёвке, разговаривая с местными жителями, Кожемяко уточнил размер помощи пострадавшим от тайфуна:
- по 10 тыс. тем, кто более двух суток находился на обесточенных территориях. - по 50 тыс. за повреждение имущества - по 100 тыс. и сертификат на покупку нового жилья, если дом будет признан непригодным. - на ремонт жилья из расчета 15 тыс. на кв. метр.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
