По информации Минвостокразвития, в лидерах Бурятия (+96%), Сахалин (+80%), Якутия (+54%), ЕАО (+41%) и Приморский край (+31%).
За восемь месяцев 2024 года заключено 9,5 тыс. договоров безвозмездного пользования землями. В сравнении с прошлым годом, спрос на дальневосточный и арктический гектар увеличился на 35% (в 2023 году рост составил 7,8%).
В 2023 году вернулось в оборот 5 тыс. га неосвоенных земель.
В программу вошли новые земли: 2 тыс. га на Камчатке и 2 тыс. га в Карелии, Коми и Архангельской области. Власти планируют провести аудит земель для расширения выбора участков.
