Администратор-женщина успела самостоятельно покинуть здание до прибытия пожарной службы. Прокуратура Надеждинского района взяла дело о расследовании причин пожара под свой контроль.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
