Исследования соискателей должны опираться на приоритеты, которые определены в Стратегии научно-технологического развития РФ. Чтобы претендовать на стипендию, необходимо получить согласие научного руководителя и организации, в которой проходит освоение программы аспирантуры (адъюнктуры).
Заявки принимаются до 12:00 (мск) 28 февраля, необходимо пройти регистрацию на сайте.
