В Сочи возведут насыпной остров с гостиницами и апартаментами
В Сочи началось проектирование насыпного острова площадью 50 га, который будет располагаться напротив Мацестинского моста. Работы по его проектировке займут два года, а само строительство – семь лет. Об этом на форуме Mallpic в Сочи сообщил гендиректор корпорации «Остров Первый» Булат Шакиров, передает «Коммерсант Сочи».
На территории планируют возвести 1,5 млн кв. м объектов недвижимости: гостиницы, апартаменты, низкоэтажное жилье.
Отмечается, что возведение острова – это «возрождение» компанией «Остров Первый» проекта искусственного острова «Сакура», который был разработан в 2008 г. японской компании «Тохо Глобал Ассосиеэйтс» и российским ООО «Хамар». Тогда этот проект не получил финансирование из-за кризиса.
В 2023 году на популярном сайте опубликовано объявление о старте продаж апартаментов в первом в Сочи отеле на насыпном острове уровня «5 звезд».
