Все разом! Це Іван Рашевський та його картина "На веранді".
Саме він був з 1912 року директором Чернігівського музею українських старожитностей ім. Тарновського.

За своє життя створив більше 170 полотен, частина яких, на жаль, була втрачена під час другої світової війни. Останні ж роки життя Рашевський присвятив створенню та затвердженню проекту встановлення першого пам'ятника Т. Г. Шевченку.

У 1870–1880 роках місцем натхнення митця став його маєток в Осняках, де була створена низка картин, деякі з яких були присвячені Михайлу Коцюбинському, Миколі Вербицькому та іншим.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
