Главная энергетическая компания Сербии NIS, акционерами которой являются «Газпром нефть» (50%) и Газпром (6,15%), может в скором времени попасть под санкции США. Таким образом американцы буду пытаться склонить Сербию к введению санкций в отношении России. После санкций США, возможно, последуют ограничения со стороны Великобритании и ЕС. NIS играет ведущую роль в нефтепереработке страны и поставках углеводородов. Компания может остаться без сырья, которое она получает через Хорватию, а с российской нефтью тоже есть проблемы. Трубопровод для соединения с «Дружбой», о котором ранее договорились Сербия и Венгрия, так и еще не построен.
Возможно, что скоро начнутся переговоры об уменьшении доли Газпром нефти, а может вообще выходе из акционерного капитала. IG Energy👍
