Столичное полицейское Управление запросило у прокуратуры ордеры на арест 66 из 90 человек, задержанных накануне за участие в беспорядках возле Западного окружного суда Сеула и Конституционного суда. 46 человек обвиняются в нападении на здание Западного окружного суда, 10 чел. в воспрепятствовании исполнению служебных обязанностей путём блокировки автомобиля CIO, ещё 10 чел. в проникновении на территорию суда и нападении на сотрудников полиции. Возраст задержанных варьируется от подростков до пенсионеров, однако большинство (51% или 46 чел.) составляют лица в возрасте 20-30 лет. Среди 46 чел., проникнувших в Западный окружной суд Сеула, отказалось 3 ютубера.
