После сканирования QR-кода и перехода по ссылке открывается группа с название «Чат нашего дома», где бот просит подтвердить свое присутствие. Подтверждение приводит к тому, что мошенники получают доступ к аккаунту и личным данным.
❗️❗️❗️Если в объявлении отсутствуют адрес дома, имя председателя, название управляющей компании или даже контактный телефон домового управления, то с большой вероятностью это мошенническое объявление.
