Пусть не сдают экзамен по русскому языку. Ещё надо разрешить им ездить на красный свет, не платить в России налоги, снимать гнусные ролики на фоне храмов.
И да, чего только граждане Узбекистана? В список нужно добавить и Таджикистан тоже. И уж сразу, чтобы два раза не вставать Афганистан и Исламское Государство.
А, и заодно ещё предложение к чиновникам. Разрешите им всем сразу, скопом, совершать любые административные правонарушения. И иногда уголовные. Чтобы без вот этих глупых формальностей, вроде амнистий.
