Як каже, Bloomberg ринки нафти перебувають у середині важкого початку року, оскільки санкції США щодо російської нафти та холодна погода підвищили ціни та призвели до різкого зростання барелів на Близькому Сході.

"Стабілізація на фондовому ринку і повідомлення про протести в двох нафтових портах Лівії, які потенційно можуть зупинити експорт декількох сотень тисяч барелів нафти в день, підтримують ціни сьогодні вранці", - сказав Арне Ломанн Расмуссен, головний аналітик A/S Global Risk Management.
