🇦🇷🇦🇲🇦🇼🇦🇹ЗАПЕКАНКА ИЗ ТВОРОГА И МАНКИ

Очень люблю запеканки, особенно на завтрак. Вчера приготовила и делюсь рецептом с вами🫖

Ингредиенты:
🍂манка из твёрдых сортов пшеницы 5 ст.л
🍂кефир 125 мл
🍂творог обезжиренный 360 гр
🍂2 яйца
🍂подсластитель (у меня фитпарад 4 пакетика)
🍂ванилин
🍂разрыхлитель 1 ч.л

Приготовление:
1️⃣Манку заливаем кефиром, хорошо перемешиваем и оставляем на 10 минут(манка должна набухнуть).
2️⃣В это время творог смешиваем блендером с яйцами, подсластителем, разрыхлителем и ванилином.
3️⃣Добавляем к творожной массе набухлую манку. Перемешиваем. Выкладываем в форму (у меня силиконовая).
4️⃣Отправляем в разогретую духовку до 180С на 50 минут (+-5 минут, смотрите по готовности, должна образоваться золотистая корочка).
5️⃣Остужаем, подаём с любимыми троппингами:мёд, сгущёнка, джем,варенье и тд.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization.
