Губернатор Андрей Чибис на утренней оперативке заявил об удвоении единовременной выплаты врачам (с 500 тысяч до 1 миллиона) а средний медперсонал теперь получит 500 тысяч (было 300). Будет выдано 90 квот медикам, которые приедут работать на 5 лет в Мурманскую область.
Эти меры должны стать дополнительной мотивацией для того, чтобы необходимые Заполярью специалисты приезжали, работали и оставались у нас на Севере.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
