За сутки стандартный Volkswagen Passat(бак может вместить 110 литров) может заработать 50 тыс тенге(в день можно сделать 2-3 рейса).
Формально у нас в сутки можно залить только 100 литров, но правила существуют чтобы их нарушать (можно на соседа, друга залить).
Из-за запрета вывоза бензина и дизтоплива у нас образовалась затоварка нефтепродуктов, хотя нефтяники могли бы хорошо зарабатывать, пополняя налоги в бюджет страны (экспортные таможенные пошлины соразмерны с нефтью).
Давно пора отпускать цены на нефтепродукты в свободное плавание, предоставив льготы для малообеспеченных наших сограждан (получающие АСП).

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
