✔️ Глава Хабаровского края встретился с заместителем командующего войсками Восточного военного округа по военно-политической работе генерал-лейтенантом Романом Грековым, участниками СВО и военными корреспондентами.
❤️ Губернатор отметил, что краевое правительство непрерывно оказывает помощь бойцам на передовой, поддерживает военнослужащих и их семьи.
Роман Греков в свою очередь рассказал, что Хабаровский край – это четвертый регион ДФО, который посещает делегация военнослужащих, командированных из районов СВО.
❤️ В ходе встречи участники смогли задать Дмитрию Демешину интересующие их вопросы, поделиться проблемами, с которыми сталкиваются они и их семьи. Губернатор отметил, что поддержка участников СВО продолжит оставаться одним из самых главных направлений в работе.

During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
