Замоскворецкий райсуд Москвы отправил в СИЗО экс-владельца банка «Югра» Алексея Хотина. Хотин, в том числе проходит по уголовному делу о неуплате налогов компанией «Русь-Ойл».
В мае этого года суд постановил, что Хотин получил незаконный доход, не уплатив налог на добычу полезных ископаемых структурами, входящими в компанию. Акции «Русь-Ойл обратили в доход государства, с бизнесмена взыскали почти 192,2 млрд рублей. Суд признал Хотина конечным бенефициаром «Русь-Ойл».
Кроме того, ранее Росприроднадзор направил в Арбитражный суд ХМАО иск, в котором требует взыскать с АО «Негуснефть» 17 млн рублей. Компанию связывают с Хотиным и холдингом «Русь-Ойл».

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
