Ленинский районный суд вновь приступил к рассмотрению ходатайства следствия о заключении под стражу Алексея Соколова. Заседание пройдет в закрытом режиме (фото сделано до его начала).
Правозащитника обвиняют по ч.1 ст.282.4 УК РФ в размещении ссылок на посты в Facebook в канале «Правозащитник Урала» в 2020 и 2021 годах. Ранее его уже арестовывали по ст.20.3 КоАП за публикацию логотипа запрещенной компании.
В минувшую пятницу суд продлил срок задержания Соколова до 72 часов, поскольку следствие не смогло предоставить достаточных данных, обосновывающих необходимость избрания меры пресечения.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.
